I have an (almost) 5 month old German Shepherd puppy, Banana, who recently underwent the “house manners” training package. Ever since our initial consultation, I knew that Tip Top could be trusted to care for and train Banana. They were very cognizant about my long-term goals for Banana, and they explained their training process with the utmost clarity. They helped Banana gain confidence and become a more well-trained, obedient dog! Tip Top K9 Gilbert was quick to respond to my inquiry. We have a 10 year old Cocker Spaniel and we were worried about her aggression towards our newborn. I always felt heard and not judged. We both had the same goal, to help our dog Baby feel safe. Our consolation was amazing with Cameron! He really listened to our needs and spent time with us to ensure we had the best plan put together. It really was $1! They picked her up from our home a few days later for a week long training camp. I had called to check on our girl and they were great at communicating with me. They even have a texting system set up. A few days before her “homecoming party” I received a wonderful video update via email. The love that she received after showing off her new skills with Josh, made me feel like she was in good hands. We received thorough communication about her arrival and they worked to find a time to meet our schedule. Tony arrived with Baby and was attentive, kind and a great human trainer! We learned about the e-collar, her new skills and how to put them to work. Tony was patient as we went through many scenarios that would put her new skills to the test. He made sure we understood and answered all of our questions. I am beyond impressed that not only were they able to teach an old dog new tricks, they bathed her before coming home. 1000/10 recommend!

Tip top was great with our very temperamental frenchie. Our dog did not like any humans that lived outside of our home. Brett came and picked him up for boot camp and our dog took a liking to him and he loves training with him. Tony was so great and thorough going over all of the training that they had been through when he dropped our pup off. Making sure we were very comfortable with all commands, training needs and collar instructions. We feel very confident and can’t wait to join the group classes!!!

Tony was fantastic with our reintroduction to our dog, Crew. Tony did an amazing job showing us and our two kids how to work the remotes and collar. He took the time to work with us and Crew on the proper technique to make the thronging be more successful. We highly recommend Tip Top K9 Gilbert, and Tony! Thaeden is extremely nice and super helpful. We purchased the teacher pet package (private training) for our dachshund/cocker spaniel mix, who had a lot of aggressive and stubborn characteristics and had repeatedly bitten and lashed out at us. We were pretty lost on a solution with how bad our dog was being and no online training video would help; until we discovered tip top K9. To check if it worked for us, the initial one-dollar setup for someone to come out was great, and the query was quite simple. There were many options available, so you can pick the one that best suits you and your dog. Our trainer Thaeden was amazing and knowledgable. I highly suggest this program. The dogs' lifetime group class that is included in the package was the deciding factor for me! Strongly suggested!

Thaeden helped us with our cockerspaniel/dachsund, named Bellamy. Bellamy had aggressive tendencies and bit us multiple times. After our training sessions with Tip Top K9. Bellamy has improved tremendously. He listens to commands. And seems to be more happy and more comfortable with us.

Tip Top K9 was amazing with our very large rottweiler Maverick. Maverick was showing signs of aggression and lunging towards strangers. TTK9's trainers especially Alex did an amazing job teaching Maverick how to accept our wants over his own. We are so happy to have these new skills and a dog who listens.

Tony was the trainer who brought chip back and did an amazing job teaching us how to properly use our e collar on our dog and how to enforce the commands. The heel command was the most noticeable after working with him for about 10 minutes or so (at home) he stopped pulling ( after being a puller for almost 14 years).

Tony did a great job in explaining everything once I got her back. He trained my buddies Doberman and was the one that told me about this place. Definitely recommend to anyone looking into this.

The best experience we’ve ever had with training!! Thaiden was phenomenal with our very anxious dog Otter and has been so thorough with his training.

Earlier this year, I rescued a shelter dog with high anxiety. I live in an apartment and it was really important to me that he was trained so that he can live a happy, full life with less stress on the both of us while going in and out (and to other places). I wasn’t sure how well it would work considering his demeanor, but I have been so insanely impressed!!! Between his first and final lesson today, he’s a new dog!!! Thaedyn has been so patient and understanding with the both of us, and I’ll forever be grateful to him for helping me give Rowan this new life! I’m no longer scared & stressed to take him outside and pass other people and dogs. There’s a newfound trust: I know that he will listen, and Rowan knows that he can! So thankful to TipTop! We will definitely be utilizing group classes as well once it cools down!!!

Amazing trailer for both our dogs. In just 2 sessions, saw great results in commands and behavior. For the first time ever, we were able to take our aggressive/protective dog in public and walked into Lowes!!
