Eerie found us on Halloween (hence the name), and despite being super sweet, with us having two large senior dogs, and her being a very young, small dog, we quickly realized she would need training. Every interaction with Tip Top K9 has been great! When we inquired, we got a prompt call from a very helpful rep, a training manager came to our home within a few days, and we were so confident in what he showed us during the session that we scheduled and sent her to bootcamp the following week. Every step was thoroughly explained and the trainers kept up with us (sent us photos and report cards) every step of the way. While we missed our little girl for the 3 weeks she was away, she went from 0 training to being able to come, sit, place, heel, among other things with incredible accuracy! We're so impressed, and the trainers are so kind (the type of folks you want to become friends with) that we can't wait to do group trainings...we probably need it more than her. my pitbull attacked my face and drew blood and that’s when i contacted tip top k9. after sending in my consultation request, i was called less than a minute later and i must say, the customer service was exceptional from every single person i came in contact with. everyone was super communicative and prompt with replies to any questions or requests i made while millie was away for 4 weeks. being away from your baby is not for the weak and i missed her so much but ultimately, tip top k9 helped me get millie to a manageable level so she can get to do things she’s never been able to before! there is a bit of maintenance after the boarding that everyone should be aware of; my dog came back a brand new dog but she does need consistency with commands and the e-collar. thank you treven, cameron, alex and the office staff for all the help!

We cannot recommend Thaeden enough for dog training! Our year-old German Shepherd rescue dog had some serious behaviorial issues -- constant barking (inside & out), chewing everything in sight, attacking the vacuum and lawn mower (and us if we were in the way of it), and even jumping excessively on the back door to demand to come inside. It was overwhelming, to say the least.After just 6 training sessions with Thaeden, the transformation has been incredible. Thaeden worked patiently and effectively, teaching us how to communicate with our dog in a way that made sense to him. He gave us practical tools & techniques to address every issue, and now our dog is calm (well as calm as a puppy can get lol), well-mannered, and such a joy to have in our home.Thaeden's knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for both dogs and their owners really sets him apart. We just completed training with Tip Top K9 and this is the best money we have ever spent! After completing other types of training we were still struggling to maintain the training and we could sense out dogs frustration, lack of confidence and anxiety. We were at the point were we felt hopeless with our dog and her training. During our first consult we felt very reassured that their training method would work for our family and our dogs needs. We sent Lily (our pup) for 3 weeks of training and since coming home we can see a 180 degree turn around in her behavior. Alex completed our Welcome home training and was absolutely amazing. Every question we had was thoroughly answer and we were taught each command until we felt comfortable. We now have a dog that is not reactive to other dogs and people, which was a huge concern prior to training. On top of all of these great thing the best part is that we are now excited to take out dog place with us, which something we never we would be able to do. My husband and I are empty nesters and Dakota is the first puppy we have gotten where it was just us raising her. We were struggling with her, even after enrolling her in another treat based training program of which I felt I was needing to buy treats whose odor needed to be stronger and stronger in order for her to remain engaged. She was even earning "badges" during those classes but at home unless I had a treat handy she wasn't listening. A friend of ours had used Tip Top K9 for a puppy she had with behavior issues and recommended I call them as she saw my frustration and doubts that I had made the right choice bringing Dakota home. Dakota has since completed a 1 week boot camp at Tip Top K9 Gilbert and I am so happy I made the choice to enroll her. From the very first meeting where the a trainer came to my house to explain the program, allow me to experience how the collar feels, and show me how his wonderful lab Nova behaves, to post boot camp where he spent almost 2 hours training me how to use the remote and how to use the commands Dakota learned to promote the behavior we want to see. This last Saturday I took Dakota to her first group class and again I was met with a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional trainer who made the class fun and engaging for both Dakota and I. Even though it was our first class it was easy to jump right in even if there were several dogs at several different levels. This review is overdue! Alex worked with both my aussiedoodles. We couldn't be happier with the results! Things are much more peaceful since my boys returned. Great results with 2 different personalities. Best decision ever made.

We found this girl in the desert, she was under 20 lb and you could see all of her ribs. She had Walker's Paw and she couldn't walk anymore.With the amount of trauma we have seen in her we know she was either fought and dumped or bred and dumped or both, who really knows.Babygirl had laid down to die that day. There were 20 or more thorns in each paw and all over her body. They were all around her gums and under her body. My wife picked every single one out over the next several days.She was severely dehydrated, would not drink any water, but she snatched that turkey meat right out of my hand. We took her home and she was very aggressive with the other pups.The next day we got her treated at the veterinarian, and she slowly started to walk again.Babygirl was very aggressive with other animals, she would attack our other dogs for no reason, once ripping a piece of rescues ear off. She would drop dead birds at or back door with the heads missing.It wasn't fair to her or the other dogs and desperately tried to find her a good home. Unfortunately nobody wanted a Pitbull that was aggressive and found in the desert.There were a number of times when I sat down on the ground with her in my arms and cried because I didn't know what to do.We decided to keep her and tried training her ourselves. We crated her but every couple months or so her instincts would take over and we would have an incident.Then we found out about Tip Top K9 Dog Training and we decided to send her to a doggie boot camp for 4 weeks. That was a hard 4 weeks not seeing her. We did get a weekly report card and picture of our pretty girl.She's been home for over a month and this is the best she's ever been.Babygirl is getting along with the other pups, and we are still continuing her training.We are very happy that she's going to lead a long and happy life, free of stress and anxiety. Babygirl has a new sense of confidence. She truly is one of the greatest gifts, and she came right out of the desert.Thank you Tip Top K9!

We recently enrolled our puppy, Audrey Hepburn, in Tip Top K9's Boot Camp, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Audrey was full of crazy energy, and we struggled with her basic obedience at home, especially around distractions. After just one week of training, she came home calm and obedient, responding to commands like "stay," "come," and "sit" with minimal reminders!Our trainer, Alex, was incredibly professional and friendly. He paid close attention to every detail. He even gave our cat a pet who wouldn't leave him alone until he did. I would also like to give high praise to Treven who Audrey seems to love a lot. Treven came out for her initial training and was so impressive that we signed up no questions asked.Audrey can now follow commands even with distractions like our cats, the vacuum cleaner, and the doorbell ringing, something we never thought possible! Before TipTop it was like a WWE wrestling match every. single. day. with our cats. I was losing my mind.We can't recommend Tip Top K9 highly enough! Thaeden did a fantastic job with our dog, Frodo, helping his command and his recall especially. They do great work and take the time to have the dogs out in public to reinforce the training. Totally worth it if you are having trouble with your dogs training.

I would definitely recommend Tip Top K9. Our corgi was stubborn as can be and had issues around other dogs and people.
