We recently rescued a one-year-old German Shepherd who had been experiencing behavioral issues with her previous owner, and we knew she needed training as soon as possible. We had the pleasure of meeting Trevor for our initial consultation, and his expertise was immediately evident. He thoroughly explained all our training options, and we decided to enroll her in the 2-week boot camp.After her boot camp, we noticed some lingering issues. What truly stood out was Kameron’s care and attention to detail—he even replaced the prongs on her e-collar after noticing she might be allergic to the material. Thaeden is a fantastic dog trainer. He is easy to work with and very punctual.

We did a 1 month board and train with our 6 month old Malinois/Pitbull mix for obedience and manners, and the change is incredible. He is still the same sweet energetic boy, but now he has perfect manners! Which makes having such a high energy breed much more manageable, and all of us are happy. Alex was an amazing trainer when he came to train us at his drop off to show us all of his new skills he learned while he was away. He took great care and time to teach us everything and to make sure we had a handle on the new skills before he left.This training is worth every penny. We are excited to continue the training with the group lessons as well. We also really loved the weekly progress reports with the pictures and report cards, that was a wonderful touch. We did 1 week board and train with our 1 year old pittie and it made a world of difference for her house manners and jumping. She is such a sweet dog but she could make entering our home overwhelming. Our friends and family who have come over are all very impressed. We are so pleased with the results of the book camp for our puppy Finn. He was very stubborn and we were struggling with training for him. Our big concern was getting him to do simple commands and walks. He would pull so hard on walks and be very excited and distracted with other dogs, bicycles. And always wanted to chase cars. He spent 12 days at book camp and came back a different dog. It has given us such a great base to continue with his training on our own.We have had a great experience starting with the phone staff to the trainers. Treven and Alex were professional and great to work with. I highly recommend this company and so happy with the results.

I can't say enough good things about Tip Top K9! Both Trevon and Thaedon are amazing to work with, have a great sense of humor, and truly love what they do! When I initially called, Trevon came over and showed me what the training was all about. He was very professional and patient answering all my questions. It took me several months to decide to do the training and I asked if he wouldn't mind coming back a second time so he could explain it to me again and also my husband. Our trainer, Thaedon, is so good at what he does and our pups are so much easier to deal with now even though it's only been a few weeks. We have a Cavapoo and a Malshipoo that love to bark at everything! It's great learning a new technique that doesn't involve yelling and treat bribery! We can't wait to start group training, which is free for the life of our pets. If you're on the fence trying to decide if this is right for you, I highly recommend it. This is the third type of training we have done, and the most successful with immediate results. I'm sure positive training and balanced training work for some dogs, but they didn't work for ours.

Our dog is a 3 year old female Boxer. We decided to seek training for habits of ignoring commands, being overly distracted on walks, and jumping up on guests in our home. Ellie spent two weeks in house at Tip Top and came home with markedly different behaviors. The trainers we came in contact with were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When Ellie returned home she was obviously attached to trainer Alex. We were very pleased with the results our dog had from Tip Top training. We will recommend them to our friends.

My brother and I had a great experience with tip top k9 both the trainers (Alex and Thaydan, and Trevor) were all extremely helpful and the staff as well. My dog had a great experience!!

Eerie found us on Halloween (hence the name), and despite being super sweet, with us having two large senior dogs, and her being a very young, small dog, we quickly realized she would need training. Every interaction with Tip Top K9 has been great! When we inquired, we got a prompt call from a very helpful rep, a training manager came to our home within a few days, and we were so confident in what he showed us during the session that we scheduled and sent her to bootcamp the following week. Every step was thoroughly explained and the trainers kept up with us (sent us photos and report cards) every step of the way. While we missed our little girl for the 3 weeks she was away, she went from 0 training to being able to come, sit, place, heel, among other things with incredible accuracy! We're so impressed, and the trainers are so kind (the type of folks you want to become friends with) that we can't wait to do group trainings...we probably need it more than her. my pitbull attacked my face and drew blood and that’s when i contacted tip top k9. after sending in my consultation request, i was called less than a minute later and i must say, the customer service was exceptional from every single person i came in contact with. everyone was super communicative and prompt with replies to any questions or requests i made while millie was away for 4 weeks. being away from your baby is not for the weak and i missed her so much but ultimately, tip top k9 helped me get millie to a manageable level so she can get to do things she’s never been able to before! there is a bit of maintenance after the boarding that everyone should be aware of; my dog came back a brand new dog but she does need consistency with commands and the e-collar. thank you treven, cameron, alex and the office staff for all the help!

We cannot recommend Thaeden enough for dog training! Our year-old German Shepherd rescue dog had some serious behaviorial issues -- constant barking (inside & out), chewing everything in sight, attacking the vacuum and lawn mower (and us if we were in the way of it), and even jumping excessively on the back door to demand to come inside. It was overwhelming, to say the least.After just 6 training sessions with Thaeden, the transformation has been incredible. Thaeden worked patiently and effectively, teaching us how to communicate with our dog in a way that made sense to him. He gave us practical tools & techniques to address every issue, and now our dog is calm (well as calm as a puppy can get lol), well-mannered, and such a joy to have in our home.Thaeden's knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for both dogs and their owners really sets him apart.
