Tip Top K9 provides professional dog training services including in-home training, board and train programs, group classes, and related services. Services are provided by trained professionals at Tip Top K9 locations across the United States.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Tip Top K9 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to trainer availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for training sessions.

3. SMS Text Message Program

Program Description:

Tip Top K9 operates an SMS text messaging program to send appointment reminders, training session notifications, scheduling updates, and related service communications to clients who have provided consent.

How to Opt In:

Clients may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing verbal consent during a phone consultation or booking call with a Tip Top K9 team member.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and training program. You may receive up to 5 messages per month, primarily appointment reminders and session-related updates.

Message and Data Rates:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Tip Top K9 does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out:

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.

Consent Not Required:

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Tip Top K9 reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known behavioral issues, medical conditions, or history of aggression in their dog prior to services beginning. Tip Top K9 reserves the right to discontinue services if a dog poses a safety risk to trainers, staff, or other animals.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tip Top K9 and its franchisees are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions of a client’s dog during or after training. Training outcomes depend on consistent reinforcement by the owner and results are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tiptopk9.com including text, images, videos, and training materials is the property of Tip Top K9 and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

Tip Top K9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
